PLANSPONSOR (February-March 2018 Issue), recently ranked St. Paul Radiology’s 401(k) Plan as “Best-in-Class”.
The ultimate measure of the success of any retirement plan is how much money is saved, or contributed to the plan. So, what does it take to be qualified as Best-in-Class? PLANSPONSOR’s benchmarking analysis looked at 35 criteria widely viewed as industry best practices.
Only 26 companies were recognized as having Best in Class plans among 3,700 companies reviewed. Of the companies recognized, St. Paul Radiology had one of the highest participation rates, at 97 percent.
