Imaging Services

St. Paul Radiology utilizes state-of-the-art equipment including digital mammography, computed radiography (CR), computed tomography (CT), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), positron emission tomography (PET) and PET/CT fusion imaging.  But we don't stop at offering quality equipment, we also provide comprehensive radiology services by experienced, hospital based physicians, ACR accredited imaging centers, continuity of care, and dedicated clinical support staff.  This combination provides reassurance to patients that their trust in our medical staff is not without qualification.  So whether ordering as a care provider or choosing as a patient, ask for St. Paul Radiology by name when a diagnostic imaging study is necessary.

Hospital Based Physicians
  • The physicians of St. Paul Radiology are all Board Certified Medical Doctors in the field of radiology. Many have additional certifications and fellowship training making them sub-specialized experts of their field.  Practicing out of East Metro area hospitals means unique opportunities to work with medical colleagues in polmonology, oncology, general surgery, and others.  It's a multi-disciplinary approach to patient care that inspires excellence.

Certified & Accredited Clinical Support
  • Quality patient care and imaging studies are a function of multiple factors including patient compliance to preparations, imaging equipment quality and the technologist. All SPR technologists are certified in the modality of operation by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists( ARRT) or the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS). We provide credentialing and annual continuing education opportunities for all of our technologists. As part of our on-going patient care, the SPR technologist will call patients scheduled for an examination at least one day prior to the examination to review preparation instructions, provide directions and answer patient questions regarding the procedure or equipment.  During your visit your safety and medical care is our technologists top priority.
